MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: ALLEGHANY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
This member spotlight recognizes Alleghany Memorial Hospital in honor of hospital week just passed. I commend AMH for the great ad on the back of section one of last week's Alleghany News. What a treat to read all those messages from friends and neighbors. There have been several times when I don't know what we'd have done without Alleghany Memorial (like the time I decided to replace a broken window pane in bare feet. How stupid can one man be?). We are lucky to have you in the community. If you missed the ad (shame on you if you don't subscribe to the paper), they have it posted on the web! They even have video interviews with Agnes and Ernest Joines, Clint Bedsaul, Amanda Hunt and Brad Wishon. Click here to check it out (click on the pictures to see the video.) Good job!

Each week we spotlight Chamber members. To be featured, send a 50-word description to director@sparta-nc.com. I'll feature them in the order received.

POST YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT TO OUR FACEBOOK PAGE
We have a Facebook page (sparta-nc.com/facebook) and I invite you to post your event notice or announcement to it. Of course, you have to sign up for Facebook but this is FREE advertising! You can post a picture, link to a Web page, etc. Did I mention it's FREE advertising?
