New for Mountain Heritage Festival:
Non-profits can strut their stuff
In honor of Alleghany's 150th anniversary, we are extending the section of Main Street that is closed to traffic during Mountain Heritage Festival and permitting our non-profit Chamber members to set up booths. We hope you will strut your stuff: Tell about the valuable work you do in the county and let everyone know of your history and heritage in Alleghany County. Booth spaces are $50. Call 336-372-5473 or come by our office at 58 South Main Street to learn more.

Demonstrators sought for Heritage Festival
If you have a heritage craft or skill that you'd like to demonstrate at the Mountain Heritage Festival, the Chamber would be happy to provide space for you to show what you can do. What kind of skills? Wood carving (or good whittling), spinning, weaving, quilting,-- you tell us! Call 336-372-5473 or come by our office at 58 South Main Street to learn more.
