New look for Chamber Briefing
You'll notice a new look for the Chamber Briefing. It's now a blog. The big advantage is that old briefings are archived and available by clicking on the links on the right. Otherwise little has changed.

Welcome new members
I'm still catching up on highlighting new Chamber members. I encourage you to consider these businesses when you seek their goods or services. They appreciate your patronage.
>> Fox Ridge Cabin: Check them out at
www.FoxRidgeCabin.com and I think you'll be impressed with the views, amenities and the cabin's look.
>> Reeves Ridge Christmas Trees: I was impressed with many of the features on the website of Zak, Miranda, Lizabeth, and Mike Reeves' farm, especially the photo gallery. And doesn't the website name say is all: http://www.bestfreshchristmastree.com/
>> Holly Berries Quilting Studio: A local source for custom quilts. Another good website, cute and very informative: http://www.hollyberriesquiltingstudio.com/.
>> Alleghany Republican Party: If you need information about the local Republican party, their website is a good place to start. I particularly like the slide show. Click on any image for a larger view. http://www.alleghanygop.org/

Check out Innovative Occasions' new Web site
Innovative Occasions' Web site -- http://www.mtnwedding.com/ -- has had a makeover that not only shows off the services that Denise and Maynard Brooks offer, but the home page also got me to wondering: When did they take that daylight picture looking down Main Street when there was absolutely no traffic?
